Our Current Teams
The Club is currently made up of three teams: McKinley Sweet Heart Jr Drill team, Cadence Varsity Drill team and Rebel Riders Trick Team.
In October of each year we look to grow our teams. October 2021 we added back the McKinley Sweet Heart Drill team.
We will be looking for more riders throughout the year for the 2024 season.

Cadence Varsity Drill Team
The Cadence Varsity Drill Team is one of the performance teams that can execute safety, knowledge, leadership, horsemanship and confidence at all speeds. The Cadence Varsity Drill Team is a rodeo style drill team performing at top speed with precision and a smile. The team is currently made up of four riders, ages ranging from 10-18.
Rebel Riders Trick Team
The Rebel Trick Riders are a daring trick riding team that always amazes the crowd with their love of danger and sportsmanship. The relationships they develop with their horse is truly special. The team is made up of 3 members ages ranging from 10-18.
The McKinley Sweetheart JR Drill team is a group of young riders learning how to ride and perform. These riders are the future of Alaska Youth Equestrian Club
